Traffic Tickets! YIKES! And an Update!

Yo!
So I've been gone for a really long period of time.
Things have changed and things are good! I cannot complain!

So about the traffic tickets, I just came home from the Pleasonton Superior Court to pay for my damn traffic tickets and traffic school that equaled to a grand total of $302! Damn, I could have spent that on something else! Slow down ya'll!

Since the last post, I've graduated from college with Honors and an Associates Degree in Computer Networking Systems. Yay! I was siked about that! Finally, I'm done and I can relax and live life! Well, maybe for only a short time because I plan to return to the source of knowledge once again. I really want to get my Cisco certification.

I've also moved out of my crib! Time to grow up right? I guess so. It was really wierd, it wasn't something I had planned really. It just sord of happened. So now, me and my best friend and her brother are living in a small home in the Downtown San Jose area. We're right around the corner from Valley Faire Mall, Premier, Connoisseur, and not to mention Santana Row. For those of you that don't know, Valley Faire is an upscale mall featuring Louis Vuiton, Gucci, and Tiffany & Co amongst other specialty stores (that I woudln't shop at). I especially love the MAC Pro store and MetroPark.

As far as sneakers are concerned, not much goin on there. The last pair that I bought were the Aqua VIII's which I almost passed on. My boy pharO from Sneakerplay, asked me to be a blogger on The Syndication which is an honor to join him and another buddy Vulkan. Check the site out! It's dope!

Anyway, that's it for now! Oh yeah, Huf II's are coming! Air Max 90 and Air Max 87 aka "Air Max 1" with the Huf signature stamp are coming! Can't wait!

Its been awhile......

I have been gone and away from updating this blog of mine.
From my cousin moving out here from Chicago, to HufQuake AF1's, Untiffany Dunks, and I'm almost done with school in June!

I haven't been to a Lupe Fiasco show since November, and who knows how many show's he's done since! The Coachella Arts and Music Festival is out of the question because it's sold out. I was trying to go on Sunday when Lupe Fiasco and The Roots were performing.

So the whole 25th Anniversary of the Air Force 1 has been bananas!
There is no way any normal person can keep up with all of the releases!
I mean unless you stackin some major loot..... props to you.....
the rest of you are probably going broke charging them kickz to that plastic.....
and if you like me, you just gotta practice self control.

Does anybody care about the new Vista OS?? Because I don't really care for it.
I'm completely happy with XP OS. Although, the AERO feature of VISTA is hella cool!
In my opinion, I just think that MS is just trying to compete with Apple.

As the time goes on, I find that it is getting real hard to find what I like in my size ever since I've decided to stray away from the whole Retro J's scene and gotten into rocking sneakers that are a bit harder to find. I've settled to the point that I'll wear a 6.5y when I love the 6y fit. That doesn't seem to help either.
Well, I'm about due for a trip and visit to the city that I love oh so much... you know it... The city of Dope... SFC. I love that place.

This hasn't been updated in awhile, maybe I'll have some time soon.

Talib Kweli and Lupe Touche in tha City!!

So I finally got the Venue info on the Lupe Show...
Well, it actully turns out that it's a Talib Kweli Show Featuring the amazing Lupe Fiasco.
I don't know if you all are familiar with either of these artists, but they are fire! Talib Kweli has been out for a minute and if you don't know already, him and Mos Def make up Blackstar (which, I might add, have made amazing hip hop). Lupe, on the other hand, has been out for a few years but has only recently been recognized on a broader scale. He was featured on Kanye West's "Touch the Sky" single (I thought it was Kanye on the entire track). I am pretty sure that you all have already heard of his first single "Kick Push", from his upcoming solo album titled "Food and Liquor", due September 19. I have noticed that he has been performing and has a new single out along with a new video for "I Gotcha", which happends to be so dope. I recently seen him perform in San Francisco and he tore that place up! That did it for me to become a committed fan which is why I am posting this for all of you to read. I am a very very tough critic when it comes to music and I have to admit that Lupe Fiasco is definitely bringing something different to the table that has been lacking in today's hip hop, not Rap as some of you may want to call it. Stay very very tuned into Lupe Fiasco because he will be doing big things! (My Favorite place to be might I add =)

Oh and by the way, his set at the ROCK THE BELLS FESTIVAL in Concord, CA on August 6, 2006 was off tha hook! I haven't heard Red come out in a minute but he kept it oh so fresh! Right Monique? The whole concert was definitely worth my every $55 dollars I spent!
